1. Who these terms cover

These terms apply to your use of the lonemi website, its interface and any lonemi smart contracts it connects to. By using the site or connecting a wallet you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the interface.

2. What lonemi is

lonemi is software. The interface reads public data from Robinhood Chain and helps you prepare transactions that your own wallet signs. lonemi does not hold your assets, run an exchange account for you, execute trades on your behalf or give investment, legal or tax advice.

Before launch, the interface sends no transactions. Deposit pages are planning tools, and figures such as projected fees and APR are scenarios built from past onchain activity.

3. Eligibility

You must be of legal age where you live and allowed to use decentralized protocols and tokenized securities there. You may not use lonemi if you are subject to sanctions or located in a sanctioned jurisdiction. Tokenized stocks may be unavailable to residents of some countries under their issuers' terms, and you are responsible for checking those terms.

4. Your wallet and keys

You control your wallet and its keys. Signatures and transactions you approve are final. lonemi cannot reverse them, recover lost keys or restore assets sent to a wrong address.

5. Risks you accept

Providing liquidity can lose money through price movement, even when fees are earned. Smart contracts can contain defects. Robinhood Chain, RPC providers, indexers and this website can fail or show stale data. Token issuers can pause or restrict transfers. Read the Security page before you deposit.

6. Genesis points and the token

Genesis points measure participation before launch. They have no monetary value, are not transferable and do not entitle you to any token, payment or right. lonemi may change the programme, correct scores it considers the result of manipulation, error or abuse, and end the programme.

No $LONEMI contract exists until lonemi announces one on its official X account. Any token presented as $LONEMI before that announcement is not affiliated with lonemi.

7. Prohibited use

Do not use the interface to break the law, launder funds, manipulate markets or points, attack the contracts or infrastructure, or scrape the site in a way that degrades service for others.

8. No warranty, limited liability

The interface and contracts are provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, lonemi contributors are not liable for losses arising from your use of the software, including lost profits, trading losses and losses caused by third-party protocols, tokens or networks.

9. Changes

lonemi may update these terms. The date below shows the latest version. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
